The Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics Institute (“FRPI”), in an effort to create accountability for the Certification programs managed and for continuous improvement efforts, tracks two (2) types of incidents:  violations of certification standard practices by manufacturers who operate Certified Laminating Processes and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (“FRP”) process equipment failure.
