QUALITY ADMINISTRATION
The Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics Institute (“FRPI”) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit membership organization incorporated on September 17, 2003, which provides quality administration support for Specifiers of fiberglass reinforced plastic materials of construction. FRPI has been issued a Determination Letter by the Internal Revenue Service and is recognized as a tax-exempt non-profit organization. Industries supported include: Water & Waste Treatment, Chemical Processing, Semiconductor, Biotechnology, Metal Processing & Plating, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, Pulp & Paper and Power.

Through auditing laminating processes plus inspection and testing production run laminates, FRPI certifies laminates for components of chemical process equipment on a job-by-job basis and issues Certifications for compliance to specifications. FRPI has focused on custom manufactured fiberglass reinforced plastic components for Tanks, Vessels, Scrubbers, Adsorbers, Humidifiers, Piping, Ductwork, Dampers, Stacks & Chimney Liners.
